  I have substantial experience and knowledge in all facets of the construction industry, both in the private sector as well as the governmental sector. I am also a Florida Supreme Court Certified County Court Mediator as well as a Certified Circuit Court Mediator and Arbitrator with the skills to facilitate resolutions of disputes between contractors, property owners, developers and design professionals.

 Managing Partner of Construction Consulting & Mediation Services, L.L.C.A company which provides complete construction consulting services\such as, but not limited to, permit expediting, zoning code variance processing, code enforcement violation resolutions, open permit and inspection closure, litigation support, mediation and arbitrations services as well as, state, county and municipal administrative processing matters.
