 Mediation is a negotiation between parties unable to resolve a dispute, facilitated by a neutral third party. Good Mediations is committed to resolving disputes in an efficient and peaceful manner. Our mediators strive to make an often stressful process more manageable by using a neutral third party to assist in decision making in order to achieve a resolution for disputes.

  As such, Good Mediations provides mediation services throughout the State of Florida for civil county court cases including consumer, eviction, family and general civil litigation matters.

  Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, all many mediations are now carried out by Zoom. Now that the COVID crisis passes we also Mediate in mutually agreeable locations. Mediations can also be scheduled outside of "regular" business hours, thus making the process easier for all parties concerned. We also have bilingual mediators on staff able to conduct mediations in both Spanish and Portuguese.

  Chief mediator Harvey M Good and associate mediators Edward Weller and Griselda Hale have a combined experience of over 70 years in Financial, scientific, construction, family, urban and rural conflicts and disputes.
